Anna has taught at PS 197 Kings Highway Academy in Brooklyn, NY, since 2013. There she has built a robust PK-5 arts program as the Visual Art Teacher and Arts Liaison. She has cultivated partnerships with cultural organizations such as Groundswell and Symphony Space to round out and enrich student experiences. Themes of Social Justice, Diversity and Acceptance are central to her work as an educator, whether through the artists students study, the themes they explore or the personal voice they learn to express in her classes.
